MicroPower and Texas State Announce MBE System Use Agreement

Texas State University has granted MicroPower Global exclusive use of a
molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) system. MicroPower says that the system will allow
it begin producing its chips, that the company claims convert heat directly to
electricity three times more efficiently than ever before. Texas State will
continue to own the MBE system, a V100 which has two operating chambers.
MicroPower will pay a monthly fee once operational. The total production
capacity using both chambers is about 1.3 million cm
