ANADIGICS Receives CDMA Power Amplifier Production Orders From LG Electronics

ANADIGICS Power Amplifiers Selected For New 2.5G CDMA Handsets

ANADIGICS, a leading provider of wireless and broadband communications solutions, has announced that the company has received high volume production orders from LG Electronics for its InGaP HBT (indium gallium phosphide hetrojunction bipolar transistor) power amplifiers (PA). Korean-based LG Electronics, a global provider of electronics and telecommunications products, has selected ANADIGICS CDMA PAs for use in their forthcoming 2.5G CDMA handsets which combine high call quality with two-way real time multimedia service, and support high-speed data communication.
