Riber Gets Order for MBE System from Russia

March 26, 2012... Riber, a producer of molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems, announced the sale of a research system to a leading research institute based in Russia. This order, supplying one Epineat model MBE machine in 2012, will develop laboratory's research capacities on III-V components. According to Riber, the Epineat system represents the most effective solution for basic research of compound semiconductor materials on 4-inch substrates. Riber says that this new order confirms Riber growing reputation among the scientific community in Russia, where the semiconductor industry is booming.
