September 24, 2007... Herndon, Virginia USA-- Renaissance Lighting, Inc. has completed a $10 million round of financing led by the Altira Group, a venture capital firm based in Denver , CO . The funding will be used to grow RL’s portfolio of solid-state products and expand sales, marketing and operations. RL was founded in 2005 to develop and market its revolutionary patented Constructive Occlusion® optics to deliver the advantages of LED light sources to the architectural lighting market.
