per year handling, installing, shipping, and rebuilding cylinders for trimethyl
gallium (TMGa) with a median content of 2 kilograms. A move to a more efficient
central delivery system for TMGa using 20 kilogram cylinders will reduce
the cylinder fleet and the cost of its operation by a factor of 10 saving
millions of dollars per year with a 2-year payback. |
