AMEC Reports 100th Shipment of Prismo A7 MOCVD Tool Chamber

Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. (AMEC) of Shanghai, China, reports that the company has shipped its 100th Prismo A7™ Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) tool chamber. The company says that this 100th shipment comes since the product’s introduction last year.

The Prismo A7™ MOCVD tool chamber is AMEC’s second-generation MOCVD tool, and customers use it to fabricate gallium nitride-based (GaN) LEDs and for other applications.
